From providing food and shelter, to protective gear for hospitals -- the time to take action for Yemen is now.
Enough is Enough. The word crisis is sometimes overused. But it is absolutely appropriate when it comes to Yemen, where 80% of the population, over 21 million people, require urgent humanitarian aid.
Five years of bombardment and starvation is five too many.
As Absocs, we are crowdfunding to support those in need of urgent assistance, supporting the Lady Fatemah Trust (Charity reg. 1072270).
From providing food and shelter, to protective gear for hospitals -- the time to take action is now.
It is our duty to help those in need just as the Ahlulbayt would also dedicate to their lives to do so.

Provide shelter and financial assistance to families of widows and orphans, who have lost their husbands/fathers to conflict and violence.

In rural areas of Yemen, the LFT have started the distribution of small herds of goats to families so they can benefit from milk, and in time growing the flock for sale or consumption. Each family costs £200/US$250/C$335/€220 to support in starting a sustainable venture in keeping with the communities' needs and in harmony with nature.
