Number of Palestinians killed at least 510 – Medical sources

Medical sources in Gaza have told Al Jazeera that at least 510 Palestinians have been killed in Israel’s attacks.

The number of wounded people has exceeded 2,700.

One Nation have been working on the ground in Gaza for almost a decade and currently have teams on standby anticipating huge casualties after the announcement of another war. We know from the past how brutal these attacks in densely populated besieged Gaza results in huge casualties and fatalities. The hospitals we support are on standby.

The Current Situation

 

As the conflict continues the situation in Gaza is not improving. In 2023, Gaza is on ‘life support’ with 80 per cent of the population dependent on humanitarian assistance. Three out of four Gazans rely on emergency food assistance – and despite this support, the rate of severe food insecurity is rising.

The struggles in Gaza have continued as conflict this week has heightened, the death toll is rising day by day. The number of injured is now in the hundreds and hospitals are becoming overwhelmed.
