Distressed civilians and refugees require immediate relief with clean water, food, shelter, clothes, hygiene kits, and other immediate items.

Sudan has been struggling for a meanwhile with conflicts resulting in civilians being displaced. The most recent conflict started in April 2023 with the violent clashing of the RSF (Rapid Support Forces) and the SAF (Sudanese Armed Forces).

Nearly 13 million people ahve been forced to flee their homes and many have evacuated to neighboring contries such as Chad, Egypt, South Sudan, and Ethiopia seeking safety. And even before the confict almost 1 million refugeeds were a;ready living in Sudan.

In August 2024, the Famine Review Committee confimed famine in the Darfur region of Sudan. Climate in Sudan has also resulted in many crops and farms across the country to be destroyed.

Neighboring countries who are taking in refugees, are hosting them on insufficient funds and low levels of humanitarian funding. You can help by donating money to help families and Sudanese refugees find safety and happiness.
