Hatcliffe Extension is a densely populated, low-income urban settlement on the outskirts of Harare, home to over 60,000 people—and growing. This community faces daily challenges due to a lack of essential services like clean water, electricity, proper roads, schools, and most critically, healthcare.

For years, residents had no access to a medical facility, leaving them vulnerable and without support during times of illness and emergency. Recognising this urgent need, the Islamic Medical Association of Zimbabwe stepped in and, through immense effort and dedication, established a much-needed permanent Medical Centre right in the heart of Hatcliffe.

This facility has become a lifeline for thousands, offering affordable and accessible healthcare to a community that needs it most. But to keep the centre running and expanding its services, we need your support.
